Program Overview
The Diploma Program is designed to provide students with an extensive understanding of stock markets. Its primary objective is to increase, enrich and bank upon business knowledge acquired at certificate level. The program largely targets mid-career persons. In other words, it aims to meet the needs of people with work experience in business or government, who wish to enhance their skills in functional areas of administration.
Course details
Six units are to be fully covered and completed for a Diploma Award.

DPM 102 Financial Institutions in Kenya
DPM 103 Commercial Law
DPM 104 Principles of Accounting
DPM 105 Business Environments
DPM 106 Project Report and Presentation
NB. All units consist of 3 credit hours.
Minimum Admission Requirements
- KCSE C (plain) Mean Grade
- KCE Division 11
- Certificate from a reputable and recognized institution with a credit level pass.
- Degree from those applicants wishing to obtain specialized knowledge and skills in Business Administration.
NB. Intakes are done in January and June.
Timings
There are daytime and evening classes on weekdays and Saturdays.
Daytime classes: 8.00 am - 5.00pm
Evening classes: 5.30 pm - 8.30pm
Application Procedure
Application forms are available from the Admissions Office.
Completed application forms should be returned with the following attachment to the address given below;
- Relevant result slips
- Transcript(s) from College(s) attended.
- School leaving certificate
- 2 letters of reference one of which should be from the Head teacher / Principal of the High School / College attended and the other from a mature person who can vouch for you.
- 3 recent passport sized photographs.
