KWUST is currently located at Pamstech House on Woodvale Grove in Westlands.The Main campus is located at Kasarani Campus. The University currently occupies the first and second floors of the building where lecture rooms, computer laboratories, the library, offices and welfare facilities have been set up. The facilities satisfy the high standards required of universities in Kenya and elsewhere as certified in the authorization of KWUST by the Commission for Higher Education.

Arrangements have been made to provide transport to and from the town centre to students on request at an additional fee.

Accommodation is not provided but students may reside at hostels not far from the university such as Esgray hotels in Westlands opposite Riverside Estate and Topali Hostels Group located in Parklands near Parklands club & MPShah Hospital.
